I bought one of these at Restaurant Depot and liked it so much I ordered two more from Amazon. It's very convenient to have a small cutting board to leave out on the counter. I have six large cutting boards under the sink in a rack, but it's inconvenient to pull one out to slice a lime or chop a few teaspoons of fresh parsley.
