i love this knife. the length, at 2.75 inches is perfect for peeling veggies and fruit. the design of the handle is excellent--square. the shape ensures the knife does not turn or twist in my hand and is easy to grip (i have smallish hands). i like this knife so much, i've ordered a second one for our vacation home.Save 6% Off
