This is a great chef knife. Granted it is not a shun knife but this is still from the same makers of the shun knifes. If you want a great quality knife and still save on money, this is by far a hands down great and needed knife to own for any serious chef's collection. Blade is extremely sharp and it is perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this knife!
