Wenger Swibo Guard Butcher Knife with Granton Edge, Curved Rigid Blade, 8.7-Inch

I had my doubts about this knife when I received it....I've had it for a few weeks now and I love it! Not a true granton edge but it does a nice job on filet and trimming. Well done!
