Been using the Wenger cooks knife for ten yrs,and love it,so I decided to order this to help with Super Sunday preparations.This is the sharpest knife I've ever used!Everything cuts like butter and it really speeds things up.
The only downside for me is the handle size,only because all my other knives have big handles...this one seems small,but I'm getting use to it..
Do yourself a favor...never buy cheap cutlery...brands like Wenger last forever..will be passed down to my kid.
