Mundial 5100 Series 7" Santoku Knife, Red

I am very pleased with this purchase. I use it for almost every thing I cut, meat, or vegetables. The blade stays sharp and it is a pleasure to use. The balance is just perfect. I like it so much that I also bought the 8" and 10" model, but this is the knife that I use most.
