Ordered 2 of these knives back on 8/5/2010.At time of order, vendor said 2 in stock.
Turned out only 1 was in stock, and as of 9/6/2010, still waiting delivery of knife #2.
Knife itself is of good quality and has already been used to fillet salmon caught
from Lake Michigan. Works well and flexible blade is a definite plus.
Whether or not it holds an edge....., only time will tell with continued use.
Would not purchase from this vendor again, however, inasmuch as delay in shipping
entire order timely is considered to be unsatisfactory.
