I am a professional sushi chef and own many different yanagi knives. The fit and finish of this knife is great, well worth the price, I would not hesitate recommending this knife. You will not be disappointed.
This is my 3rd Yanagi that I own. Wasn't super sharp right out of the box but had to touch it up with my 6000 grit whetstone. Afterwards I was able to shave the hair right off my arm. I definitely feel for the priced I paid that I'm getting a well crafted knife.
