Not top quality but it's 15 bucks so you can't ask for too much. It's a cute set and great for college students/short term use. Color is pretty.

I bought this set to use for outdoor dining on our patio for BBQs. It is perfect for this purpose.

Very pretty but also cheap. I was using them for a photo shoot and they looked adorable, but I wouldn't recommend them. I used one spoon and the metal edges were very sharp. Also, they seem like they would rust quickly.

These are so adorable. They are adorable and the blue coloring is much brighter in person. I will be using (some of) these in my dorm this fall. The smaller spoon is very very tiny but it's not a big deal. I'm very happy with these.
