finish, weight, and looks are spot on. I've had them for about a month now, and just the other day I was cutting something with one of the knives and it left a dark residue on the white cheese. I am usually pretty particular about washing and drying everything right away, not sure if this is metal oxidization on the blade, or something else.??! otherwise a great set.

Really like the look and weight, feels good in my hand and is pleasant to use. Came just as expected.
