Arcos Forged Riviera 5 Inch 130 mm Steak Knife

I wanted a good,forged, non-serrated steak knife that I could afford or justify the price. This Arcos knife is it. Spanish metallurgy and cutlery is as good as its always been. As good as Swiss or German, but more affordable. it's also a good utility/paring knife. I use it a lot for dining and cooking; it's good for both.
