Victorinox Cutlery 10-Inch Cimeter, White Fibrox Handle

I needed a good knife to cut my meat and slice up meat. This knife is great. It stays sharp and I rarely have to sharpen it. I like the angle on the top of the knife because when you are cutting fat or silver skin, it gets right underneath it. It is a very large knife though. It can also double as a small fighting sword!

I was only missing this type of knife among my repetoir and now I am complete. Forschner makes a great product at a great value and this is no exception!
