Really good sharpener -doest its job perfectly well. Very easy to use and the plastic covered handle protects the hands from the blade which gets very very sharp from just a couple of slides of this sharpener.

I had bought this for us to use at the fire house over a year ago at another location in our city. Regardless, this has been great. It has held up to multible uses at least two times a week. Once we got them sharp after we got our sharpener, we touch up the blades once in a while with just a few passes. Lot better and easier than getting out the electric sharpener we have. We have all enjoyed our sharp knives.
