I use it all the time. Chopping, and dicing vegetables mostly but it's an overall chef's knife. Good quality. I wouldn't take it to a restaurant as a professional tool for fear of someone walking away with it if you left it unattended. The workmanship is pretty to look at. Keep it sharp and don't ever put it in the dishwasher. Manual cleaning only, and drying off.I like this knife and i got it in couple days from the date i purchased.
