This was an impulse purchase at the grocery store; I'd never heard of this brand. I've used it for parmesan and cheddar so far and am very pleased. It's easy to hold at a slant or simply rest on a board (with a hand on the large ring handle) to grate. It doesn't slip around because of the silicone feet, and its curved surface allows turning the cheese at different angles so none is wasted. Little tools like this that really work are a joy to have.
I'ts been a year since i bought it and i use it very often for grating aged parmesan cheese, dry hard bread, lemon or orange zest, and looks feels like new.
