For some reason, I grew up with this brand of knives in our house. My mom had better knives as well, but these were the "utility grade" knives. I always considered these to be commercial kitchen equipment. Durable and functional but not top-of-the-line quality. This was the go-to knife when boning or fileting.When looking to equip a second home's kitchen, I was happy to find these on Amazon! Not only is it a very good knife for the money, it reminds me of my youth. I think it's a very good value and a fine product.
