Victorinox Swiss Classic 10-Piece Cutlery Block Set

What we like:

* These knives are much better quality than we expected.

* The blades are the proper thickness (not too thin), and the edge cuts well.

* The fibrox handles appear cheap at first, but are much better to hold than our wooden handled knives.

* The fibrox handles are very easy to clean.

What we don't like:

* No fancy wooden handles. Some may not like that.

* The slots one the knife block are not good. Knives flop around in them.

just one thing, I loved this set its so great and they cut like butter, will definitely buy it again!!!!!
