Our cutting board lost a foot and so was uneven. Since my Italian husband has a "thing" about Tuscany as well as wine, the

The board is attractive, the colors subtle, yet it is tough enough to stand lots of chopping. A good choice.

I needed something small for the counter to put wet silverware etc on. This looks good and does the trick.

We bought these to protect the counter top from hot items taken off the stove or out of the oven. There are small rubber feet on the bottom to prevent sliding and to put a air gap between the bottom of the board and the counter top. We do not use these as a cutting board...works good for what we use them for..
