KitchenAid 4 Piece Gourmet Chef's Ceramic Knife Set with Blade Covers (Black)

I LOVE these knives. They cut everything so easily! They are razor sharp and so smooth. It is amazing how much easier my cooking has been since I received these knives for Christmas. Worth every penny. I still find myself pressing really hard to get through meat, vegetables, etc... but I don't have to! I have to train myself to stop. I highly recommend these but be extremely careful. The sheaths are a must. So glad they come with the knives.

First time I used them the big knife broke! I'm a chef and my son gave me these for Christmas so I feel bad! They cut onions great anything heaver forget it!

Bought this set at Costco for $30. Been using them a few weeks. So far, so good. At the price if the knife doesn't last long, so what. I also have a set of carbon steel Wustof knives I bought about 30 years ago for about $400 then. They are packed away somewhere at the moment so I bought these Kitchen Aid ceramic knives in a pinch.

You get what you pay for.
