-Shipment was received faster than estimated so that is a big plus-The knife is extremely sharp!
-The knife has solid build and seems to be made well with good handle
-The peeler would benefit from being made from same sturdy plastic the knife handle is made out of
-The peeler is extremely sharp and works well, nothing too amazing but it definitely gets the job done
-again the peeler's handle is a bit more flimsy than the knife but i wouldn't say that it is poorly made, more of a poor choice of plastic
overall the knife is worth the price of both! the peeler is a good peeler and is serviceable, much sharper than a standard peeler and in design will keep you from cutting yourself.
We would buy recommend this product to others.I'm new to ceramic knives, so I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I love using them. I wouldn't mind replacing all my metal knives with these, but I'm not sure how they're going to hold up. They're very sharp, and cut easily. I'd buy more. I read where you shouldn't cut on hard surfaces, they're more for slicing, but I use them for everything. We'll see how long they last.1st Ceramic Knife I've purchased. Does the job. Will have to see how sharpe the blade stays over time. You must be careful not to drop the kinfe or chop on hard items or you could damage or break the blade.Knife not as sharp as Kyocera and other ceramic knives..(superior blade is a bit misleading) or as expected and blade case unnecessary
