seem to be super sharp--time will tell if they hold their edge--a tip broke off of one knife,so they are very brittle !

These knives are very sharp and easy to handle. I would reccomend them and give them a five star rating.

These black ceramic knives are extremely sharp and well built. I surprised my wife with these black ceramic knives and she loves them. They all fit nicely in the Universal Knife Block we purchased around the same time as these knives. It is a nice fit. Very good knives. If you haven't tried the black ceramic knives you are missing out on some very good knives! They are very well built. Good knives!!
