The blade is thin, and the handle is heavy for such a small knife. The shape of the blade is great, and the steel is great. If I had it to do over again, I would have went with the Shun Classic series, but this is still a very well made knife with great steel.

Great, well balanced knife. I get much better control in peeling with this knife than your standard peeling knife. Henckels (from Germany, not International) has always had great quality knives. This particular set is a bit on the heavy side.
