I purchsed this for my camper and it's great. I removed our old stove cover, which was metal, and now we just use this. It looks very nice, functions well as a cutting board, and adds needed counter space. With the non-slip surface on the bottom of the board, it doesn't move a bit while we're traveling. I need to put some of that stuff on my two boys. It would make traveling much more enjoyable. Great product, great price.

This thing is exactly as advertised. Has a rubber non slip mat for the back. We leave it on the stove even when traveling. It doesn't go anywhere. The only problem is my wife won't let me cut on it because it looks too nice : )

I just received the Stove Topper & Cutting Board so I can't yet comment on its use. But I'm happy b/c it fits over our RV's 3-burner stove perfectly. And bonus!....it came with a bonus flexible cutting mat. I love free extra stuff!!

Works and looks great. I love being able to cover the stove with the usefulness of a cutting board, creating extra counter space. For those in dry climates, season wooden cutting boards with mineral oil.

Be aware this is a regular cutting board, cut perfectly to size, has a drip guard, with a full sized piece of waffle-type, beige, non-slip rubber material on the bottom, and comes with a free thin plastic cutting mat that you can really use for cutting on. Our new wood board needed some light sanding and oil, and, it is so nice looking it will probably be only used for counter space, not for cutting on. It can be cut on but the free mat will be fine. It fits perfectly and has some weight to it and it does not move during travel on curvey or bumpy roads. Great price, fast ship, protected well, and it is a great counter space increaser, and silencer of the metal stove-top cover 'rattle', which we notice in a motor-home. You do not really need a folding metal stove top cover, and most RV's are short on kitchen counter space. This is the perfect solution with a bonus. I think they include the plastic cutting mat knowing the board will not be used. Get this if you have an RV with this sized stove-top. I do not know anything about the Silent Stove Top Cutting board, except the photos show no drip guard. This is less expensive and I cannot imagine anything working, or looking, better than this. Highly recommend! You do not install this. Simply remove the metal cover (quick and simple) and set this on the burner grate, and that's it. My sanding and oil is just what one should do to a nice piece of wood. Use mineral oil, or cutting board oil, on both sides and all edges and do not let the board dry-out or be subjected to very high or low temperatures. I added more counter space at the end of a counter by ordering two 8"x8" brown hinges and a very nice looking 3/4" teak cutting-board from Amazon. Fast 2-day ship and free return with Amazon Prime.
