Purchased for my spouse who is knowledgable about kitchen cutlery, their care & use. These knives are in the same Henckels series that she has used successfully for a number of years. She likes the series for balance, sharpness, maintaining sharpness, and ease of cleaning. The Asian Set meets her expectations of Henckels.
