i bought this as a sort of montessori at home effort. i like the weight for small hands, my child handles it well. i like that it is fine in the dishwasher, no rust issues. my only dislike is how tiny the small spoon is. nearly useless to a 4 yr old, although the other utensils are just right for 4 yr old.

We got this and another set of children's "fancy" flatware. This set far surpasses the other in feel, appearance and quality. You won't be disappointed. It looks and feels like a $50 place setting.

I bought this kid's flatware set for my grandson so he would have eating utensils for his small hands. I chose this set because it was not overly ornate . It fits his hands just right.This flatware is very sturdy and will not bend, even in the hands of a energetic youngester.

The pictures do not do the smooth shape and smooth design justice. Surprisingly hefty considering the size. I would have preferred an additional fork instead of the knife, but overall a great value.
