Yoshihiro Cutlery Hammered Damascus Santoku Knife, 7-Inch

I recently bought 2 Yoshihiro knives after a lot of debate and price checking. It was not easy to pay 100 dollars for a knife. They are worth it. cutting with much less effort, no need to sharpen all the time.a pleasure to use. I hope they will last a long time.

This knife looks great out of the box, and dosn't disappoint. Have never owned a knife this sharp and will be building on our kitchen knife collection with other models in this range. Great value for money, I can't imagine a top of the range more expensive knife performing any better than this.

I've had this knife a month now and could not be more pleased with the purchase. At first sight, you can tell it is high quality. It was razor sharp right out of the box, an ideal weight and fitted comfortably in the hand. This classy chef knife is the best I've had the pleasure to cook with. Bottom line, it's well worth the price.

I would give this knife 6 stars if I could. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law and I'm not sure I can let it leave my house. It is crazy sharp and incredibly well balanced and aside from function it looks AMAZING!!!!!

I would also give Yoshihiro Cutlery a 5 star seller rating as well. It arrived 2 days before it was estimated to arrive and the knife was exactly as pictured.
