Wusthof Grand Prix 10-Piece Knife Set with Block

After using a set of Henckels that I gave the folks, I found that my Gerber knives were too thick and didn't cut nearly as easily. Then I started researching the differences between the two top brands, Wusthof and Henckels. The knives are both nearly perfect in balance and cutting ability. The main differences are in the handle preference and finish. The Wusthof have excellent finishing, with no observed flaws. The handle design on the Classic Henckels isn't as refined as that of the classic Wusthof. The Grand Prix knives are razor sharp, wonderfully crafted, beautiful, and a real pleasure to use. They are pricey, but well worth it!
