I was a little iffy about ordering this steel, because of the low price. I've only used it about a dozen times, but, so far, I've been very happy with it. I ordered new Victorinox knives at the same time, and it is keeping the edges straight and sharp. I'm about to begin a new job in a new restaurant and expect this steel to perform beautifully and keep my new knives in tiptop condition.
