Its a good thing if you have peace and enough time to care to put knife within the bars, otherwise if you are busy mom and have more experience of chopping things and using knife then it seems a waste of time.

Overall not bad, using it to hold onion when slicing it.. But it really takes both hands. I was hoping that it didn't.
