Victorinox Wavy Edge Utility Knife with 4-3/4" Blade

This knife is an great all around kitchen knife.....small enough that it can be used for a paring knife and large enough for a lot of other jobs too. Small handle fits my hands very well. I have used this knife for 10 years in my kitchen and would not be without it. I would recommend this produce to anyone.

Purchased a cheaper set of knives, used them a couple of time and threw them away. Purchased these Forschner steak knives on the rating of Cook's Illustrated. Excellent product.
