Beautiful design, nice customized lettering...heavy-weight and high quality! We LOVE this set -it's definitely worth the money as compared with sets in stores like Macy's and JCPenny.
When I placed my order I did it without a personalization intentionally. However I was contacted by the seller double checking with me if I wanted a personalization, which I view as great customer service. The product arrived very quickly and is very elegant.
