I use this food scraper as both a scraper when I want to add chopped vegetables to a recipe, but also as a small cutting board. Works great and washes well in dishwasher.
The cutting boards are great. I recommend the Epicurean boards.I ordered this in Nutmeg. It arrived quickly and looks great, is dishwasher safe, and it makes food prep a little bit easier.
