I finally got these and I am so pleased with them! I have used the IMCG GPJPAC Garnish Peeler & Julienne Peeler so far and I am impressed! I have made magnificent salads with julienne cucumber, julienne yellow squash, and julienne zucchini. I intend to julienne more zucchini and see what it is like as spaghetti! I have not used the apple corer set, by my friend suggested it and says without the corer she would never eat apples or pears because they make it so easy!
