I love to cook and used to do it professionally. My son has a set of Wusthof knives that are so sharp and heavy that I'm afraid of them. I have cut myself several times with them. Chicago had a good reputation back when I was a kid as a quality brand, and the price was right so I tried them. The weight and balance is right for me, but I think I need a honing steel. I just think the edge isn't quite what it should be. I do like them, though and am glad I bought them.
