Wusthof Gourmet 6-Inch Carving Fork

Performs as designed. It's a fork and works well as one. Matches the other items I have from the same manufacturer. No complaints.

Needed a GOOD carving knife that didn't break the bank and wasn't part of a set. This fit the bill. The longer tines really help in lifting large pieves of meat and they hold the meat for slices securely. Good brand and good product.
