Victorinox 7-1/2-Inch Stiff Chef's Knife/Slicer, Rosewood Handle

This is the first good knife I purchased 33 years ago. I use it every day, and have only needed to have it professionally sharpened once. I touch up the blade once a week with a Rapala type hone and it stays razor sharp. Perfectly balanced, light but strong. I am re-ordering one, first time I have seen it for sale in years.
