I got the ceramic knives with the black blade because the white blades seem like plastic toys. I can't imagine kids would think differently and treat them as such. Obviously these should be kept out of the reach of kids. (sharp and fragile) Ceramic knives were recommended by my sister and she's the knife guru and i am extremely satisfied with these.Save 6% Off
