Kuhn Rikon Farmers Market Knife Colori 4-Inch Serrated Blade

Ok so this knife isn't likely to make it into a five star restaurant's kitchen it is quite light weight and the plastic handle doesn't scream durability . . .but it still does the job. I haven't owned mine a long time yet, but out of the box it is a sharp little serrated carver that is pretty effective at hacking up tomatoes. I do somewhat wish I had purchased the forged steel version from the same company instead (it is about 3x the price of this version) and I may do so someday. For now, I am satisfied with the quality of this little veggie cutter.

For the price, these knives are the best, by far!! I've started my own little collection of them and gave one to all of my special friends for Christmas. The bright colors make them super easy to find in the knife drawer; the blade covers are spectacular since the knives are so sharp. I love the serrated for cutting citrus fruits!

I love these inexpensive knives have several home, office, etc. And have given many times as gifts (usually with something else). They're nice and sharp. Otherwise I have a few good Wusthof knives at home, so am happy I can be so happy with something this inexpensive! Plus cute colors and patterns to choose from.

Very sharp. The length and with of the blade together with the comfort of the handle makes all peeling and triming of fruits and vegetables a breeze. The plastic guard is a nice touch also. The serrated blade mates it easy to slice soft food like tomatoes very thin.
