Edgeware Deluxe Knife and Scissor Sharpener

Please note that I just received this. I've tried several scissor sharpeners and these are, by far, the best.

I am a mechanical engineers and am quite impressed with the robustness and fit/finish of this. It's also very easy to hold securely.

I have a more expensive, rotating grinding stone knife sharpener and will continue to use that for my high end knives. On the other hand, this sharpener is probably more than adequate for the vast majority of knives.

I liked it so much I bought two of them.
