After owning/working in pizzerias you are used to higher quality utensils to perform the task. The Dexter-Russell Pizza cutter is similar to what i have worked with over the years. Good solid feel in your hand and a stainless steel blade to cut through thick Chicago style pizza or the thinner more robust Neapolitan crusts with ease. This cutter if maintained and sharpened will most likely be the last pizza cutter you will need. This cutter puts "The Pampered Chef" and other similar pizza cutters to shame. It does not disappoint.

This cutter is solid. No side to side movement in the wheel like you can get in some cheaper cutters. The blade is big enough and sharp enough to easily cut through nice thick pizza crust without a problem and also easily cuts thin crust pizzas or quesadillas. This is by far the best pizza cutter I've ever owned. I had seen this cutter used behind the counter at a local pizza joint and figured if it was good enough for a local pizza company where they're constantly cutting pizzas, how could I go wrong. Don't waste your time looking at the cheap pizza cutters out there, this one will last a while and you'll be glad you got it.

This is the best pizza cutter I've owned. You wont have to worry about the wheel ever rusting or falling off and it's very precise and powerful for a one time slice, not five. It's not dishwasher safe but it's so easy to clean, it doesn't make a difference.

It keeps its sharp edge, and stays new-looking even with weekly "high temp scrub" in the dishwasher. Handle is comfortable, and angle is good for cutting all the way through the first time. I've had it for a year and a half. I have other utensils from this brand, and they last and last.
