I had wanted a grapefruit knive for a long time as we love to eat grapefruits without the fruit skin between the sections. This knive works great, is safe and comfortable. AN excellent product.

The handle is very comfortable to hold and it allows one to maneuver the knife around the grapefruit. The substantial size of the handle is what makes it easier to hold than almost every other grapefruit knife available.

The blade's curvature is insufficient, in my opinion. Its sharpness is also less than optimal.

Should they increase its curvature and make the blade more sharp, i would think this can easily become a 5-star item!

the product works as presented, however, the holes at the bottom of the handle do not come as shown. Rather, there are two circular pieces filling the space. To remove these "wheels" requires simultaneous use of two pliers and more strength than possessed by the average person. The need for these "wheels" is unclear but is a clear problem if you are over 70.
