They are very good and do their job. I wash them by hand and there is no change in their shapes.

I love this brand, I have bought 4 of their product and will buy more.

These boards do serve their purpose, but the quality is below par. They are very thin, slip all over the counter when in use, and are NOT scratch resistant (which kinda sucks when they're going to have knives on them with every use). The fact that they clip together makes them easy to store, but that is not the main reason for their use.

I guess my knives are too sharp, because these things are slashing so quickly that it's like they're not for cutting at all. I'm keeping the least damaged ones as prep mats, and they'll be fine for that, but using them to actually cut things on is not gonna work for me.

These are nice in that you have a different board for different types of food, but they just aren't big enough. For example, if you have to cut up more than one vegetable for a meal you can't just push one to the side and cut up another one. You need a bowl or something to put everything in. I like to cut up my veggies on the board and then just dump them in a pan. I end up using more than one of these boards just for my veggies, defeating the purpose of having one for each type of food. They're probably good if you don't have a lot of counter space though. I really like them, just wish they were bigger.
