Very time consuming because of its style. Difficult to cut even thicknesses for pickles. Would not recommend this slicer. Might be ok for small slicing tasks.

Nice little vegetable slicer, but alot smaller than expected. . .

Will see if it will keep its sharpness, as stainless usually doesnt keep a sharp edge.

Strong tool for slicing. I use it to slice brick cheese, and there's no other way I would try. It gives you the best leverage and control.
