Just this: CAREFUL! the end of the blade is as sharp as the rest, and ÍMHO there's insufficient protection, the index finger tends to slip forward into the sharp corner, especially on the smaller knives with shorter handles I also have form the same series.

These knives are gorgeous to look at, sharp as all heck... And delicate. Very bummed to find a nick already in one of the blades (3 months in), and I'm careful with my knives. I've gotten several comments on their beauty and usability.

I've had Wusthof knives and Henckel knives and my new Shun knives make those look like butter knives.

Knives are truly flawless and RAZOR sharp! I'll have to adjust some handling idiosyncrasies to avoid cutting myself. Knives have an excellent balance and sit well in your hand. I'm right-handed so it's a perfect fit! I already tested them on some food and had to stop myself before cutting everything into pieces, whether I need to or not.
