Royal VKB Multi Purpose Block, Store All your Favorite Kitchen Tools in One Place

I'm very pleased with this multi-purpose knife block and it has definitely lived up to my expectations. It's very solid, so not likely to topple over. The flexibility of the design means one can store knives of all sizes plus other regularly kitchen tools such as wooden spoons, lifters and spatulas. I was looking for a knife block that could store and protect knifes varying in size from broad cleaver to small paring it's been perfect for this. It has something (foam?) at the bottom to protect the points of long knives and for shorter knifes, the shoulder of the knife prevents it dropping down into the gap. I appreciate the ability to remove the inserts and wash them should it become necessary to do so in the future.
