It's OK, rust if you don't dry it right away and it's not that sharpe. I'm sure it's because it's not one of his most expensive knifes.This was a Christmas present for my husband. I have used it more than my husband the handle is a little small, so he prefers the 8" knuckle knife instead. I love how sharp it is and stays sharp! This knife works great for veggies and fruits. It feels very balanced in my hand for great control.
