I am usually a Costco guy but Amazon had what appeared to be an incredible deal for Saber. But anything too good to be true is just that.

Anyway, back to the customer service.

The CEO actually called me regarding my Amazon problem. I am impressed and continue to be a fan.

I have also the premium set of J.A. Henckels. There are no comparison, I would buy Saber everytime. There is a professional quality and feel to the Saber knives.

The steel is flawed. Three broken knives in 4 months. Quality steel does NOT break under normal use. Don't get cut like I did. Don't trust these knives.

The photo is for the set, the title is for the set, but this selection is for the 10" knife ONLY. Look at the shipping weight...double check the heading with the 10" knife in parenthesis at the end.

We own this set of knives, purchased from Costco and love it. Thought this was a great deal as we were looking to purchase the same set as a holiday gift but realized the seller listed this one knife as the set...very misleading.

This is a $200 set altogether from other retailers, the knife alone should not be $100.
