Mundial 5813-8 8-Inch Narrow Flexible Fillet Knife, Black

I have a lot of knives. I like the Mundial brand--they are generally excellent values. This one seems to fit the bill. Well built, appropriately flexible. Arrived sharp. I made it sharper. The only question I have is how it will stand up over time. I plan to abuse it by taking it to the boat and filleting a lot of fish in a salt-water environment with it, and sharpening it constantly. It's not the environment for a fancy knife, nor will a cheap one survive. The issue will be the steel which needs enough nickel not to rust and a proper temper so I can keep it sharp. We'll see.
