Joyce Chen 55-1107, 10 to 1/2-Inch by 6-Inch Burnished Bamboo Sushi Board

Unless you have a belt sander and plan on doing some refinishing, do not purchase this item. The label is half the size of the board and is impossible to remove. How in the world can you screw up such a simple product? It's a piece of wood! Does it really need a 5" x 7" label?

How do you ruin the simplest of products? You make a perfectly acceptable sushi board and then you affix a label with a type of glue that will simply not come off unless you use chemicals. Appalling. And what's worse, is I bought two.

The sushi board is made of really nice and soft bamboo which facilitates cleaning. The board did have a relatively large label on the top, however it was extremely easy to remove and did not leave any glue residue. Highly recommended!
