My boyfriend had this exact style before I moved in and after a few months of us eating meals, and me washing them in the dishwasher, they are falling apart! the metal literally detaches from the plastic handle. And that makes them look very tacky!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

Not the heavy kind--very lightweight...very lightweight... I owned a heavy version for many years and enjoyed them. These were purchased as a replacement; disappointed.
